How long does it take to inquire about items from the parent company?

Depending on the inventory of the company or its subsidiary, the response time varies, sometimes the response to the inquiry takes instant and sometimes up to 48 hours.

What if we do not have the technical number of the part?

You can inform the required part information to our technical expert to be checked. For some parts, chassis number and color information may also be required.

How to order?

You can contact our contact numbers on working days of the week from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, or send us the list of required items via email, along with the desired explanations.

Can it be returned in case of initial defect in the piece?

What is the delivery time of imported goods?

Delivery of parts, depending on the choice of shipping method, has a different time between 5 to 30 working days that the buyer can inform her time prioritization to receive the desired product, when ordering.

How to send parts?

By air or sea, depending on the priority of the buyer's request and the volume of the order (high volume goods will subsequently have a high weight, consequently the cost of transporting imported goods will also increase. Offer cost, shipping quality and the shortest optimal time)
